There are so many good things about yoga, but let’s face it, sometimes getting to a class might be difficult or even intimidating. So we’re bringing easy, free, and expert led yoga to you.

The masters from Warrior One Yoga are back with this free online six-week series. Join us for Slow Flow, beginner-friendly sessions that promote gentle movement and mindfulness.

Experience the benefits of building strength and flexibility with finding calm and relaxation.

Access the recordings to practice anywhere and anytime. 

Yoga can help to reduce stress, boost mood and immunity, and improve muscle strength and balance. In this free, online six-week series, you’ll be guided through simple yoga techniques in a Slow Flow practice. 

Postures are held for longer periods, the transitions are a little slower and we’ll be incorporating things like chair yoga. Suitable for beginners, intermediate or advanced students who feel like slowing it down and sinking deeper into their practice.

This is your own personal yoga journey supported by expert coaches along the way. Join the live sessions each week or use the recordings to practice anytime.

This session is designed for people under 65 (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people under 50) living with a chronic health or mental health condition or experiencing isolation. If you are over the age limit and would like to participate, please contact us.

Sonja has over nine years teaching and honouring yoga and meditation experience and has been a devoted yoga practitioner for over 25 years. She is a Legacy Lululemon Ambassador and Wanderlust TV content provider. Sonja is renowned for her magical sounding and ambient tone of voice and for her clear alignment cues in her vinyasa style yoga classes. Sonja has been featured in a variety of media and publications over the years including Channel 9, Endota Retreat, Wanderlust TV and many other wellness brands providing yoga content.  

Sonja has spent time studying and residing in meditation communities in Northern Italy and enjoys weaving nature elements and wellness concepts into her asana classes. Sonja draws on her extensive training in yoga and experience in teaching in-studio asana yoga classes many years to deliver vinyasa classes that help you lead you back to yourself.
