In our next mental health webinar we’re thrilled to welcome psychologist Rebecca Lovell to explore why we can feel a shift in mood and energy during the winter months.

It’s important to recognise when some of these symptoms linger or start interfering with everyday life. In this free online session we’ll learn about seasonal affective disorder (SAD) and how to spot it. Tune in for ways to keep your mental health shining bright all year round!

This session is designed for people under 65 (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people under 50) living with a chronic health or mental health condition or experiencing isolation. If you are over the age limit and would like to participate, please contact us.

Rebecca Lovell is a psychologist who has been registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) since 2009. She has worked across public and private sectors in the delivery of direct client services, both in the supervision of staff and the co-ordination of service delivery. 

Rebecca is experienced in providing individual and group based psychological intervention to clients with a range of presenting conditions, within private practice, community and outreach settings. She has worked with a range of client groups (children, youth and adults), including disability, forensic, mental health and complex clients. Rebecca provides training to organisations that include mental health and behaviour support training. She also works with under the Multiple & Complex Needs Initiative (MACNI), conducts cognitive assessments, risk assessments and provides positive behaviour support plans and interventions.
