Journal Writing Series

How often are your thoughts and feelings one big jumble?

Journal writing is a technique that can help bring some clarity and understanding. It’s proven to reduce stress and anxiety, improve self-awareness and confidence, and help achieve goals. The best part is anyone can do it!

This six-week series is designed to support your wellbeing by creating a space and time just for you. Join wellbeing coach, Ingrid Jones as she guides you through a 5-step process that will kick start your journaling journey and provide access to resources, tools and prompts, and connection with a like-minded community.

“It taught me a way of making all those jumbled thoughts and feelings a lot clearer, allowing me to not only see what was on my mind and in my heart, but gave me a solution for dealing with them. This course gave me the tools to deal with those inner challenges that we sometimes have to face and don’t always have the supports to do that.” - Kathryn, Journal Writing Series participant

Ingrid Jones is a qualified wellbeing coach, speaker, and is currently turning her journal writing process into a book. She supports individuals, groups and workplaces to reduce stress, enhance their wellbeing and live more mindfully. Ingrid created a journal writing process, Diving for Pearls, after noticing that her journal writing was going around in circles. She knew about the power of journal writing but was stuck.  Once Ingrid changed the way she journaled, she started to see incredible benefits.
