Outreach

Outreach provides support to adults living with a disability in the community through the Janus, Spiral, Parent Support and Therapy Support programs, as well as repite co-ordination.

Outreach support can involve training in daily living skills, mobility training, as well as recreation and leisure options as well as support for parents and families of children with a disability. 

Our experienced outreach workers respond to individual needs and aspirations. Outreach support can also be purchased as part of a funded plan or on a fee-for-service basis.
