What is Interchange Southern?
Interchange Southern is a community-based, not-for-profit program providing support for families who have a child with a disability aged between 0-18 years living at home within the inner southern region of Melbourne.
The program caters for young people who may have a broad range of physical, intellectual, sensory or multiple disabilities.
Interchange Southern aims to provide respite for families and give young people opportunities to make new friends, develop self-confidence and to have fun with the support of carefully recruited and trained staff and volunteers.
