Flexible Support Packages
MOIRA Case Management provides a range of Flexible Support Packages including Making a Difference and Early Choices, which may provide families with both short and long term case management. This is determined by availability and priority.
Those in receipt of a Flexible Support Package may utilise limited discretionary funds to purchase and/or contribute to the cost of disability related services.
Case Management has several programs catering to different age and need levels.
